A&C Fast 4

A&C Fast 4 tennis is a fun fixtures competition that lets adults and children play tennis together. The duration of this fixtures comp is one hour, one night a week.

In this competition the teams consist of one adult and one child. There are two divisions:

• Junior – Where the child is 8 or turning 8 in the year of competition to 11 or turning 11 in the year of competition.
• Youth – Where the child is 12 or turning 12 in the year of competition to 14 or turning 14 in the year of competition

The format of play of the night will be:

• Match 1 - Doubles
• Match 2 - Single {Child Vs Child}
• Match 3 - Doubles

Rules Each match is played to the new fast 4 rules. However there will be some extra rules:

• In the junior comp the child player is allowed to server any way so they can get the ball over the net
• If the teams are unable to complete all the matches within the given hour allocated the winner will be decided according to these rules
  • The winner is the team who has won the most sets so far, if these are equal
  • The winner is the team with the most amount of games in the current set, if these are equal
  • The winner is the team who is leading the current game, if the game score is equal the players who score the next point is the winner!!!

The competition will be held on Tuesday nights from 6pm-7pm. The cost will be $10 per night per team. Please remember you must provide a whole team. That is one adult and one child.

The competition is played every school semester and breaks for school holidays. Players should get there at least 10 minutes early. If you are interested in playing please call Michael Jonauskis on 0414 747 019.
